Glenn Bonci



Glenn helps his clients develop and implement unique, attention-getting employee communication campaigns that support the business strategy and deliver results. His formula for success is a keen understanding of his clients’ goals and the needs of the audiences.

Glenn covers the full spectrum of HR-related topics, from health care consumerism to retirement readiness and more. But he is best known for his creative — and often humorous — strategies that get results. He has won numerous awards throughout his 20-year career as a communication consultant, including seven Gold Quills from the International Association of Business Communicators, and a Best of Show honor from the Employee Benefit Communication awards sponsored by Business Insurance magazine. Recently, Glenn worked on teams that won the following awards:

• a Gold Quill from IABC
• three STAR Shareholder Communication Awards
• an APEX Award for Publication Excellence.

His clients have included Apple Computer, Fidelity Investments, Group Health Cooperative, Microsoft, Starbucks Coffee Company and T-Mobile. Before becoming a consultant in 1985, Glenn was a copy editor at the Washington Post.

He has also worked as an independent reporter, writing for a variety of newspapers across the United States, including the New York Times and the Washington Post.

Glenn served as President of the Northwest Compensation and Rewards Forum in 2006.

He is a frequent speaker on employee communication issues. Glenn holds a B.S. degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Maryland. He has a passion for word games, particularly palindromes.
