Lynn Kirby

Lynn is a senior communication consultant with over 25 years of experience as a communication/change management professional. She has a successful track record helping her clients by developing and implementing communication strategies that achieve results.

Lynn consults on a broad spectrum of HR-related communication issues including total rewards, retirement education, health care consumerism and incentive-based rewards programs.

Lynn’s clients have included Allmerica Financial, Boston Scientific, Bristol Myers, Citizens Financial Group, Georgia Pacific, Gillette, Hasbro, LLBean, Ocean Spray and OSRAM Sylvania, among others.

Before joining the Adobe Group, Lynn worked for over 20 years as a senior communication consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide. She also held positions at the Employee Benefit Research Institute and the Lawyer’s Cooperative Publishing Company.

Lynn holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College in Washington, D.C. in Political Science and Spanish. She has received numerous awards, including recognition from the International Association of Business Communicators and the New England Employee Benefits Council.
